They hold certifications from the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the American Translators Association and other certifying authorities. Meet the MultiLingual Services management team: Frank Johnson is the MultiLingual Services' general manager. Frank is American Translators Association  certified for Spanish into English translation and has over twenty years of translation experience. Frank also has extensive experience in Spanish education and teaches Spanish and Spanish-English translation at Southern Nazarene University. Frank is a member of the American Translators Association, the Mid-America Chapter of the American Translators Association and the New English Translators Association. Bivian Wood is the MultiLingual Services' interpreting services manager. Bivian is certified by the Oklahoma State Department of Health as a health services interpreter and has experience in health, community and legal interpreting in California as well as in Oklahoma. Bivian also teaches Spanish for health care professionals. Bivian is a member of the Case Management Society of America.
